Bring Out Your Formal Pajamas at the "Read A Book At Home Ball
Full Description:
The "Read a Book at Home Ball," ("hosted" by the Fontana Library Foundation) is an unusual event--unusual in that no one would have to leave their homes or get dressed to attend.
The ball is part of "Give Today to Enrich Tomorrow," a capital campaign established by Mayor Nuaimi and the City COuncil in partnership with the Fontana Library Foundationo and the County of san Bernardino for the Fontana Library, and invites individuals and families to curl up at a comfy spot at home, read a book, and have a "ball" doing so. The campaign's goal is to raise $20 million to offset construction costs and provide public art and service enhancement to the new library.
